An amazing YA crime thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat!
The blurb from the back of the book:
The case is closed. Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell was murdered by Sal Singh. The police know he did it. Everyone in town knows he did it.
But having grown up in the same small town that was consumed by the crime, Pippa Fitz-Amobi isn’t so sure. When she chooses the case as the topic for her final project, she starts to uncover secrets that someone in town desperately wants to stay hidden. And if the real killer is still out there, how far will they go to keep Pip from the truth . . . ?
I couldn’t put this book down! I don’t usually read thriller/detective/mystery type books, but this one was so good. It kept me guessing to the very end.
I loved Pip and how fearless she was. She knew exactly what she wanted to do with her project and set out to achieve it, no matter how dangerous it was.
I loved Ravi and his terrible jokes! He was Pip’s constant and I loved how their story evolved.
The writing was so good. I couldn’t put this book down and I felt like I was right there with Pip trying to prove Sal’s innocence.
If you haven’t read this yet, then you must!
Amazing! I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
