Sci-Fi Books I want to read

There are so many books I want to read and I am really getting into #SciFi and since it’s #SciFiMonth, what better time to prep my TBR pile?

Here we go…

The Martian by Andy Weir

A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle

Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky

The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

That is it so far. What would you add to the list? What would you recommend? Let me know in the comments. 🙂

  1. The Martian is in my pile as well. I’ve read Douglas Adams more times than I should admit. It’s not science fiction, but it’s super fun. Other science fiction to whet your appetite is Dune by Frank Herbert (the first three books is good enough, no need to read the rest). Also Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card. My very favorite author is Peter F Hamilton, but if you aren’t familiar with the genre, it might be overwhelming. He writes hard science fiction. But Pandora’s Star and Judas Unchained are my two favorite books ever. Also Peter Watts’ Starfish.

  2. I love Ready Player One! It’s fun to see if I know what the references are because they can get a little obscure at times. And I’ve had Hitchhiker’s Guide on my TBR for years but I still haven’t gotten around to it yet.
